Tsinx was founded in 2013. It is a company jointly established by senior executives of listed companies in the industry, returned overseas students, and several chief scientists of 863 and 973 programs in related majors of Beijing scientific research institutions. With the business philosophy of "professional, standardized, responsible, and win-win", it provides high-quality and efficient one-stop environmental comprehensive technical services and supporting products for customers such as industrial parks, industrial enterprises, hospitals, and government platform companies. For more than ten years, Tsinx Environmental Protection has actively followed the national strategic development trend and the trend of the times at every step. In 2015, it invested 9.132044 million US dollars to undertake the water treatment project of Surman Industrial Park in Muharraq Island Province, Kingdom of Bahrain in the Middle East, and laid out the "Belt and Road"; in 2016, it was identified by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment as a pilot unit for pollution control services in industrial parks across the country. It was awarded the "A-level Qualification for Sewage Treatment" certificate by the Ministry of Engineering (MOW, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning) of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and is the only environmental protection company in the country to have won the highest level of certification. In 2020, it took the lead in joining the "Chongqing Green Industry Going Global Alliance" to accelerate its own overseas and internationalization pace. In 2023, it will become a member of SCOTEMP, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's multifunctional economic and trade platform.
